This project focused on designing the Offering Memorandum for a newly listed Seven-Eleven retail property. The goal was to present the investment opportunity in a clear, professional, and visually engaging way.
Deliverables included an Offering Memorandum layout and a custom aerial map. These were created to highlight key investment data such as cap rate, NOI, lease terms, and location insights. The aerial map emphasizes access roads, nearby anchors, and surrounding retail presence to showcase the strategic value of the location.
The design uses a clean grid system, consistent typography, and strong visual hierarchy to ensure clarity and ease of navigation. Each page leads the reader from high-level highlights to detailed financials, making the presentation suitable for both digital and print formats.
This case study reflects how well-executed design can turn raw property data into a compelling investment narrative. It helps potential buyers see value quickly and positions the property as a premium listing.
