
I was commissioned by NNN Pro to design a marketing package for over 800 of their retail property listings. The goal was to create Marketing Materials that clearly communicated the investment value of the asset while maintaining a clean, brand-aligned aesthetic.

The design focused on organizing the property's key financial data, including cap rate, NOI, lease terms, and tenant information, in a format that was easy to scan and understand. I also developed a custom aerial map that highlighted traffic access points, nearby anchor tenants, and the property's location within a dense commercial corridor.

By applying a structured layout system, clear content hierarchy, and visual consistency, the final design supported the client's need for speed, clarity, and confidence during investor presentations. The project elevated the perception of the asset and provided the brokerage team with a polished marketing tool suitable for both digital and print use.
